    1988 - 2013 ...25 years of hockey development...building players and relationships

    Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp (NHSC)  began in 1988 with a one week camp in Ignace, Ontario.  Since 1988, Northwestern has responded to the need for professional level hockey development for players of all ages and skill levels.  Our development ladder begins with our "Initiation Phase" camps and progresses through a player's development to the "Competitive" and "High Performace" Phases.  From here, we extend our programming to "AAA", "Junior" and the "Prep/Sports School" phases of development.   Our range of programming includes: all day camps, pre-season camps, in-season academies, specialty camps, Outreach camps and dedicated female camps.

    IGNACE CAMPS - JULY

    Ignace, situated in the heart of Northwestern Ontario, has been the home for our July camps since 1988.  Ignace offers an abundance of lakes and forest area for nature enthusiasts and for those looking for a family getaway.  Maximize your summer vacation time - players benefit from hockey development and join their families for evenings on the lake, at the beach, by the campfire!

    -  3 weeks of FULL day camps!  Each week offers age and skill specific camps.
    -  Residence option availalbe to players 10 years (2003 YOB) and older (July 8-12, July 15-19)
    -  Hot lunches daily served on site

    WINNIPEG CAMPS - March - September

    All Winnipeg camps are held at the MTS Iceplex, the beautiful 4 arena multiplex that serves as the training facility for the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club.

    - AAA, AA, House level spring training and development
    - FULL day camps each week in August, HOT lunch served daily to summer day camp participants
    - variety of camps for all skill levels; beginner - house league - AA - AAA - Junior
    - Pre-evaluation / tyrout preparation camps, on ice only
    - Dedicated female programming
