Registration/check-in will take place each Monday morning. All players must be checked in by a parent or guardian prior to commencing their hockey programming. Check-in times will be included on each player’s final program confirmation letter. At this time, all parents and guardians will be invited to attend a pre-camp information session. Note all fees must be paid and waiver completed prior to a player commencing programming.
IGNACE camps only: players will check into the Residence, if applicable.
Every program includes a player specific off ice Multi-Sports Camp that is designed to complement our on ice program and focus on the development of hockey specific flexibility, agility, balance, co-ordination, cardio-vascular fitness, plyometric power accomplished through unique training principles and a wide range of Multi-Sports activities.

Pro-Shop will feature a complete line of clothing, hats, tape and skate sharpening service. The Pro-Shop serves as a “nerve centre” for all the programs and will house the tuck bank and other items for safekeeping.
Each player must have their own health and accident insurance policy. ONLY prescription medications are allowed at the camp. All prescription medications will be held for safekeeping and administration monitored by the camp director. NO over the counter medications are allowed. Prescription medication must not be kept with the players for the safety of all program participants.
All participants must bring their own hockey equipment (including neckguards, face masks, mouth guards) off-ice training wear (sweatsuit, t-shirt, shorts, sport shoes, towel). Residents players will require change of clothing, swimsuit, pajamas, warm jacket, toiletries, sleeping bag, pillow and optional sporting equipment (baseball glove, tennis racquet). It is strongly suggested that players refrain from bringing personal electronic equipment. Cell phones and cameras are not allowed in the Camp Residence and dressing rooms. Cell phones will be held by the camp director for safekeeping and may be used upon request in designated areas.
All summer day camp registrations that are paid in full by March 1st will be entered into our Free Program Draw. The winner will receive their program for free (draw applies to summer day programs, does not include residence option, where applicable). Past winners Jesse, Scott, Fayth, Michael, Kyle,Brittany and Ben.
Players that register for multiple programming weeks will SAVE $25.00 off the programming cost of each additional programming week. This applies to full day summer camps. (Note: Discount has been applied to 18 & Under Camp.)
Registrations must be accompanied with the appropriate deposit or balance paid in full which will be refundable until June 1, 2012. There will be no refunds after June 1, 2012. In the event of an accident or injury prior to or during the session, one half of the unused fees will be returned if the request is accompanied by a Doctor’s statement verifying the nature of the injury, or the player may receive credit for the entire amount of unused fees to apply to a future session within one year. No money will be refunded if the credit is not used. On all refunds there will be a 20% administrative service charge based on the total registration fee. No refunds will be given if a player leaves because of their own desire or fails to attend. In the unlikely event that any of the programs are cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp will refund in full all deposits and balances paid.

Registrations are accepted on a first registered basis, a 50% deposit or payment in full is required to confirm registration.
