Winnipeg Registration Form

Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp Registration 2012

To register, complete Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp registration form (below).  Forward completed form to NHSC along with appropiate deposit / payment.

Registration options:

1.  Fax form with credit card payment to 204-926-5885

2.  Email form with credit card payment to nhsc"truenorth.mb.ca

3.  Mail form with credit card, cheque, money order payment to:

     NHSC, 3969 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB  R3K 1W4

4.  Drop off in person to the MTS Iceplex Guest Services Desk or the MTS Iceplex Offices, 2nd floor (drop box available for after hours delivery).

 

All registrations for Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp programs will be confirmed by email or phone by the Director or NHSC staff pending camp availability.  Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
