High Performance Phase - July 16-20

** PROGRAM PLACEMENT IS AT DISCRETION OF CAMP DIRECTOR
The HIGH PERFORMANCE PHASE is for accomplished young players who are looking for a more challenging hockey development opportunity and aspire to play at an ELITE LEVEL. This program takes HIGH PERFORMANCE PLAYERS out of their present COMFORT ZONE by placing them with likeminded and skilled players and challenging them with an EXPLOSIVE OVERSPEED SKILL TRAINING component, International & Team Play tactics and a spirited game component so players may realize an Experience of a Lifetime!
All High Performance Phase camps are FULL day camps. All participants will recieve a nutritious HOT lunch daily.

An ADVANCED program designed to meet the high level needs of young accomplished players with emphasis on overspeed skill training, assertive contact confidence, physical checking skills and individual and team play tactics.
2 X 90 minutes on ice daily
2 X 60 minutes Multi-Sports Camp daily
2 X 30 minutes video energizer daily
2 X 60 minutes games weekly

A HIGH TEMPO overspeed skill training program that focuses on aggressive attack support and recovery checking skills together with International individual and team play tactic principles.
2 X 90 minutes on ice daily
2 X 60 minutes Multi-Sports Camp daily
2 X 30 minutes video energizer daily
2 X 60 minutes games weekly

GOALTENDER CAMP - High Performance Phase

Reinforces the essentials of shot preparation, post save responses and save selections while introducing new complex techniques. Emphasis on developing speed and explosiveness while increasing understanding of the tactical aspects of goaltending. Tactics include depth control, angles and shooter tendencies. The goal is to enhance ice awareness and improve goalie reads.
