July 9 - 20 (2 week camp)
Week 1: A preparatory program of hockey development that brings the elements of overspeed skill training, assertive checking skills, individual tactics and essential team play principles.
Week 2: A PREMIER program that has been specifically designed to empower HIGH PERFORMANCE players with the necessary principles and skills to move their game to the next level. Focus on agressive attack support, systems, defensive and offensive dominance and International individual and team play tactics for the elite player and team.
2 X 90 minutes on ice daily (10 camp days)
2 X 60 minutes Multi-Sports Camp daily (10 camp days)
2 X 30 minutes video energizer daily (10 camp days)
2 X 60 minutes games weekly (4 games in total)

1996 - 1995 YOB - High Performance Phase
July 9 - 20 (2 week camp)
Week 1: Reinforces basic stance and position. The objective is to minimize foot work with efficient movement. The tactics include glove and stick placement in key situations. Other skill components taught are save options, post save responses with tracking and recovery.
Week 2: Reinforces the essentials of shot preparation, post save responses and save selections while introducing new complex techniques. Emphasis on developing speed and explosiveness while increasing understanding of the tactical aspects of goaltending. Tactics include depth control, angles and shooter tendencies. The goal is to enhance ice awareness and improve goalie reads.
